Why it exists
Things happen between appointments that can be difficult to remember or prioritize once a session starts. SessionPrep provides a short preparation structure without asking people to create an account or send private therapy topics to us.
What qualifies us to publish this
SessionPrep does not claim clinical credentials or provide clinical judgment. Resources use plain-language organization methods, cite reputable public sources where factual guidance is needed, and preserve decisions about therapy with the user and their qualified professional.
How the project is funded
The browser-only agenda tool and educational resource library are free. SessionPrep sells an optional one-time printable workbook. Buying it does not unlock diagnosis, AI interpretation, cloud history, or therapist access.
